NOTE: Fee payment is facilitated through POS (at University Campus for local candidates)
and
Payment Challan (Click to Print / Landscape mode only) for outstation candidates.
Online form needs to be filled ONLY after obtaining paid POS receipt or paid Challan copy which needs to be uploaded.
PLEASE READ NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING UP THE FORM
Kindly keep the following documents ready for uploading before filling up the form
1. Scanned/soft copy of your signature JPG format [300px X 400px] (* required)
2. Scanned/soft copy of your recent passport photograph JPG format [300px X 400px].(* required)
3. Class 10 board marksheet as a PDF file (* required)
4. AHSEC registration certificate as a PDF file (* required)
5. Income certificate from appropriate authority as a PDF (applicable only if your family income is less than 2 lakh per annum) (if applicable only)
6. HS Admit card & Marksheet as a single pdf (if you have appeared for HS exam before) (if applicable only)
7. Scanned copy of the paid challan / POS payment receipt (* required).
